Michelle Niemiec
OWNER
Michelle is a New York State Licensed Optician and Owner of Eye Appeal Optical. She has been in the optical industry since 1994. After many years in retail & private practice, she bought Eye Appeal Optical in 2017. Michelle is passionate about eyewear. She hand selects her frames with her patients in mind. Her goal is to make eyewear fun and have you leave feeling great and sparkling.
Dr Neerja Goel-Lyder
OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Lyder has been practicing as a board certified optometrist, treating and diagnosing vision problems and ocular disease in New York for 29 years. She’s known for treating each patient like family or friend. Dr. Lyder is knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate and she loves what she does. She enjoys live music events, demolition derbies, and going to the gym.
Dr Serina Shin
OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Shin has been a board certified Optometrist practicing in New York for 26 years. Received her BS degree from SUNY Binghamton in 1991, graduated from SUNY State College of Optometry in 1995, and joined our team over three years ago. Dr. Shin gives our patients meticulous care because she cares about their eye health. In her spare time she loves family and travel.
Lisa Linderholm
FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Lisa has been a lifelong resident of Dutchess County. For most of her career, she was an Executive Assistant at IBM before joining our team in 2021 as our Front Desk Coordinator. Lisa brings a great sense of humor and exceptional organizational and communication skills to our office. She loves fashion, travel, and spending time with her friends and family.
